Our policy: Each appointment is to be paid in full upon booking. All payments made are non-refundable *exclusions apply. However, we understand that life/emergencies happen and would ask clients to inform us at their earliest convenience if a need for cancellation arises. After which a further appointment can be rearranged. If for any reason the sonographer needs to reschedule an appointment, the client will be upgraded free of charge to the next package available. *if there is a complication with your pregnancy a full refund will be given
